Women & AIA 2026 Insights Report

Get Equipped: The State of AI Literacy Among Women & Underrepresented Entrepreneurs.

We are conducting original research on women and AI and we need your voice in it. This report will document the real experiences, barriers, and breakthroughs of women entrepreneurs in AI spaces and advocate for greater representation at the table where AI decisions are made.

About the Research

Why This Report Matters

Women are showing up in AI spaces hungry, curious, and ready. They are learning, building in community, and quietly becoming the educators in their circles. But there is still a gap between who is learning and who gets a seat at the table where AI decisions are made. This research documents that story with real data from real women.

01

The Entry Point

What draws women to AI and what creates barriers to getting started.

02

The Disconnect

Why women are learning but still absent from AI decision-making spaces.

03
